  Very disorganized. As a subcontractor you can immediately tell they are a bottom dollar corporation. They contract out a lot of their onsite management (which usually results in people who weren't competent enough to be employed and advance within a company). Company employed management is very hands off and arrogant. They will hound you to exhaustion regarding performance (which they inhibit), invoicing and pay- to the point I imagine they're hoping you'll complete a large portion of your scope of work and then be willing to take a settlement to get out. If you're a sub contractor and can get work elsewhere, I would definitely advise you to do so.
